# Tokenize

Every physical artwork you certify with Iterati can optionally be claimed by collectors as a digital token (NFT) on the blockchain. NFT's enable your collectors to truly own the asset on a global decentralized ledger, display your art in digital environments, and update provenance in the event of a secondary sale.

**Minting is completely free** - both for you and for your collectors. Iterati covers all fees associated with minting, and can hold the NFT on behalf of non-technical collectors that are not yet ready to claim.

We deploy highly secure [smart contracts](https://thirdweb.com/thirdweb.eth/TokenERC721) that are used by thousands of developers and have passed rigorous audit processes.
